Why Does My Battery Go Down While Charging. My case is different the phone charges up to 90 but when it reaches that it then starts to go down. I found a reason why.
07-22-2019 0934 PM in. Wall outlet used in charging note i tried two chargers wall plugged and the results were the same but these two chargers charge other phones normally BTW it. Battery drains while computer is completely off and often have to hold the power button down for 8 seconds for the laptop to turn on.
Turned it on this morning and the laptop had dropped to about 20 when it was 100 and turned off the night before.
Again attempt to turn on the computer AC adapter is not plugged in by holding down the power button for 30 seconds. By doing this test you will know does the battery has a draining issue or not. Battery drains while computer is completely off and often have to hold the power button down for 8 seconds for the laptop to turn on. If it doesnt the battery is done.
